CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please be aware that your reservation for the class is a firm commitment to attend. Kindly treat your paid reservation as you would a hotel, airline, or theater booking. As a small non-profit organization, we invest significant time, effort, and resources to create these unique, engaging, and enlightening experiences for you. Each class is thoughtfully designed to offer distinct value, and your participation helps us continue providing these enriching opportunities
Refund & Reservation Policies:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you make an error while reserving and your credit card is overcharged, you will receive a credit for the amount overpaid to your online account, which can be used towards future classes.

By clicking the agreement boxes, you are legally acknowledging and accepting the No Refund Policy and any charges applied to your credit card.

Please review your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your purchase. Once you click the agreement boxes, you are confirming acceptance of the policy and any charges incurred.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made via email, phone call, or in person will not be accepted. All changes must be processed through our online reservation system. For reservation-related inquiries, please contact our admin team only. Our on-site staff cannot assist with reservation questions, as they are not equipped with the necessary information.

Our cancellation policy is firm: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made through our online system at least 4 days before the scheduled class. If changes are made within 4 days of the class, you will lose your reservation, and no credit will be issued. If you cancel 4 or more days in advance, you will receive a credit to your online account for future use.

We ask that you please do not request exceptions to our cancellation policy. Our instructors and staff begin preparing for each class well in advance, including scheduling, ingredient purchases, and setting aside space. Often, we turn away others who wish to attend, assuming your reservation is firm.

Double-check the quantity listed under "QTY" in your shopping cart. A quantity of "1" indicates a reservation for one person only.

Ensure that the total amount displayed in your shopping cart is correct. This is the amount that will be charged to your credit card once you click "Place Order."
