If you are booking a 'birthday party' please enter your party menu choice in the COMMENTS section at checkout.

OR Click CONTACT US in the home menu column and let us know. 

If we don't receive a party menu selection from you, we will call you the week before your party to find out your party selection.  If you are booking your party far in advance of your party date, please do not feel that you have to select your party menu right away.  We are so excited that you have chosen Mix It Up for your child's special day!
