Good quality materials and groceries were used so I understand the high cost. However, due to the high cost, we can’t schedule other classes as frequently as we would like.

Quincy did an exceptional job explaining how and why food is prepared a certain way. He also answered all of our questions and made sure we understood before moving on. He made the class very enjoyable.
